Wes attended college at The University of Arkansas where he studied Psychology and Business Administration. His passion lies in helping the individual struggling with addiction realize their full potential and self-worth. Wes is in long-term recovery himself and knows firsthand the struggles and pitfalls active addiction and untreated mental health issues can cause. Wes manages the day to day operations of The Grove as well as its outreach efforts within the local community. Wes has a wonderful wife, Brandy, step-son John Dale Marino, daughters Maxie Elizabeth, and Harper Grace.
From Wes: “So many people believe they are disposable and aren’t worthy of redemption. The Grove is where each person gains the opportunity to learn their potential, work toward it, and achieve it! Give someone the chance to change their life when they thought they were dead, and you will see the most perfect storm of high achievement and resolve to succeed that one could ever imagine possible.”
